Our mission is to produce an event the way our client specifies or to discuss options that will further accentuate their idea. Planning and examining each facet of the event is critical – this includes producing a detailed timeline and communications plan that also entails how to handle a crisis. We will work with our clients to offer an array of these services that accomplish the ideal event.
Mr. Kaplan’s experience of planning events extending several decades that began with concert production on the college level, helping to oversee shows by Elvis Costello, UB40, The Replacements and INXS. While at various public relations firms, including his own agency, Impression PR, he produced numerous events for consumer brands.
In 2006, Mr. Kaplan began producing events with journalist Lambeth Hochwald under the venture Parent PLAY. The duo produced memorable occasions that were geared toward children and their parents for Johnson & Johnson, Kashi and Method.
While working for several independent schools, Mr. Kaplan assisted and oversaw events for the admissions, alumni relations and development departments, including events at The Broad Street Ballroom, which was affiliated with Claremont Preparatory School and Léman Manhattan School.
